Intellective Bio is set to commission a new pre-filled syringe (PFS) formulation line in November 2024, with a maximum batch size of 300,000 units. This marks the 7th formulation line (DP7) to enter operation at Intellective Bio.

#1 Superior Performance

The DP7 line features a fully automated pre-filled syringe filling line from Germany's Bausch+Strobel, utilising a dual nest preparation platform. It achieves a maximum speed of 24,000 units/hour and a maximum batch size of 300,000 units, with filling accuracy controlled within ±1.5%. The integrated auto-injector assembly platform boasts a success rate exceeding 99%.

DP7 achieves fully automated integration across the entire production line – from PFS filling and inspection, to auto-injector assembly, labeling and packaging. Each step is seamlessly connected. This design not only enhances production efficiency but also ensures consistent and stable product quality, truly realising "Liquid In, Market-Ready Product Out."

#3 Enhanced Capacity, Worry-Free Filling

As a fully automated PFS line, DP7 is Intellective Bio's 7th operational formulation line and the one with the largest capacity. Intellective Bio has cumulatively completed over 80 batches of PFS filling production, achieving 100% delivery success.
