Founder of the Company, responsible for the overall strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the business. Mr. Li has more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with extensive expertise in cell culture process development, R&D organization management, and process scale-up for commercial manufacturing.
Before founding the Company, Mr. Li held key leadership positions in the biopharmaceutical industry, including Director of Cell Culture Process Development and Head of R&D Operations at Innovent Biologics, Inc.,Leader of pilot-scale manufacturing workshop at Chengdu Kanghong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Head of the cell culture team leader at Guangzhou Mingkang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Mr. Li received a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology from Jinan University in the PRC and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Sichuan University in the PRC, respectively.
Liang Kexue, PhD

Before joining the Company, he was General Manager of Suzhou Zhiweian Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and previously worked as a Process Research Scientist at Innovent Biologics, Inc. and WuXi Biologics
He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Fermentation Engineering from Jiangnan University, and a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Linyi University
Zhuge Xin, PhD

Before joining the Company, he held several leadership positions in the biopharmaceutical industry, including Executive Director and General Manager of Suzhou Maidimu Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Head of Process Development and Cell Culture at Innovent Biologics, Inc., and Senior Research Scientist at WuXi AppTec
He received his Ph.D. in Fermentation Engineering from Jiangnan University, his MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and his B.S. in Bioengineering from Shandong Agricultural University
Max Fernandez, PhD
Chief global operations officer
Dr. Fernandez served as vice president of CDMO division of Cheerland Life Sciences And Technology Investment Co., Ltd. he served as senior director of Samsung Biologics Co., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea. Prior to that, Dr. Fernandez served as the associate director at Shire Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in the United States and served as senior manager at Baxter International Inc. in the United States, consecutively
Dr. Fernandez received a Ph.D. degree in chemistry from University of California in the United States
Kevin Wu, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Wu has held senior R&D and process development roles at several biopharmaceutical companies, including Elpiscience, Suzhou Zelgen Biopharmaceuticals, Zhuhai Livzon Mab Biological Technology, Transcenta Holding, Fujian Haixi Pharmaceuticals, and Shanghai Henlius Biotech. He previously served as a scientist and senior scientist at Abgenix, which was later acquired by Amgen

Has held leadership positions at Pfizer in the United States, Genzyme in the United States, and Merck. Also served as senior executives at WuXi Biologics in China, Haiyan Pharmaceutical, Huahai Biotech, EpimAb Biotherapeutics, and Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals
Extensive experience in biopharmaceuticals development, manufacturing, validation and compliance management dealing with pre-clinical, clinical as well as commercialized products
Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from West Virginia University in the United States
