Conjugation Technology Platform

Intellective Bio has established a comprehensive Bioconjugation Technology Platform, including but not limited to the following conjugation approaches: the traditional random conjugation, such as native lysine and cysteine conjugation, and the site-specific conjugation, such as enzyme-mediated conjugation involved in Endo S2, mTGase, Sortase A, etc., engineering cysteine conjugation, unnatural amino acid conjugation, disulfide rebridging conjugation, etc. For each conjugation technology, tailored process routes are designed.

Conjugation Process Characterization

Both volume-dependent and independent process parameters that impact critical quality attributes (CQAs) are systematically optimized to identify critical process parameters (CPPs) and define their acceptable ranges. The platform enables stepwise scale-up from milligram to gram and kilogram levels, ensuring final process confirmation and robustness.
