Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of the fifth batch of national-level Specialised and Innovative "Little Giant" SMEs and the second batch of "Little Giant" enterprises passing reassessment. 

What is a National-level 'Little Giant' Specialised and Innovative SME?

National-level "Little Giant" enterprises are selected from those already recognised as provincial/high-level "Specialised and Innovative" SMEs by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). They must meet criteria including: core business income accounting for over 70% of total revenue; leading products belonging to key areas that address critical "gaps", tackle key core technologies, or fill domestic (or international) blanks; R&D expenditure accounting for over 4% of operating income, among other conditions.
